You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

Do not use BlogSphere to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware or spam, attempt to access data that is not yours, or disrupt the service.

Your content

You own the content you publish. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish.

The service

We work to keep BlogSphere available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change; the Free plan may be updated with reasonable notice.

Termination

You may stop using BlogSphere and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Metalinx Innovations is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
